What to Expect Here

This blog is where I share what I'm learning, building, and thinking about across real estate, systems, and applied AI — all through the lens of someone who works in the Hudson Valley market every day.

The Real Estate Side

Expect local market insights for Fishkill, Beacon, Dutchess County, and the broader Hudson Valley. Whether you're a buyer trying to understand town tradeoffs, a seller wondering how to price correctly, or an investor looking for signal in the noise — this is where I write about it in plain language.

The Systems Side

I think about real estate differently because I come from a computer science and information systems background. I build automation, run AI workflows, and design operating systems for lead handling, content, and client experience. Some of that thinking will show up here too.

Why a Blog on the Personal Site

RyanSylvestri.com is the personal brand hub — the place where all the lanes (real estate, systems, AI, coaching) connect. The blog is where those ideas get written down in a way that's useful to the people I'm trying to help.

New articles publish daily. If you want to talk about anything you read here, reach out directly at ryansylvestri.com.

Always-On N8N Intake

Need more information on anything on this page?

Every page in the Ryan Sylvestri site now carries the same shared n8n lead capture form. If someone wants more information about buyers, sellers, investors, renters, AI, or Ryan directly, the inquiry can route into the same intake workflow.

Source context is preserved automatically from the blog welcome-to-the-blog page, so the n8n router and CRM can tell where the inquiry started.

N8N lead capture

Use this form for questions, follow-up requests, or interest in any path on the site. It posts through the shared website intake contract and is ready to forward into your n8n router.
